pulse 2.1.12 released

Pulse 2.1.12 has been released. This is a beta build in the 2.1 series. Changes include:

• The ability to add comments to a build.
• An option to transfer dependent artifacts between stages with corresponding names.
• The ability to designate users as contacts for a project.
• A more flexible hook to send emails post-build.
• A post-processor to find errors and warnings from Visual Studio tools.
• Smarter SCM polling after a restart.
• Optional audit logging for configuration changes.
• Minor bug fixes.
