pulse 2.2.8 released

Pulse 2.2.8 has been released. This is a stable build in the 2.2 series. Changes include:

• The addition of the recipe name to stage details in the Remote API.
• New remote API methods to retrieve and manage build comments.
• A new property with the current recipe state has been added to the environment of running commands.
